Processing and Shipping Time

1. In Stock models will be shipped within 48-72 hours from Swing Buggies Showroom.
2. We test all used Golf Carts and UTVs before shipping.
3. All Golf Carts will be shipped by Major Quick Express.
4. We will provide you with a tracking number within 2-3 days after order has been completed by making payment.
5. Usually shipment takes 5-7 days maximum to reach your destination within the USA from Toledo Showroom by express shipping.
6. Shipping to EU and abroad takes 8 – 10 days

7. Cut Off Time- 02:00 PM. All orders shipped the same day if placed before 02:00 PM

9. We provide free shipping in the USA ONLY, there is a $200 shipping fee for international deliveries
10. Our Delivery Carrier will always call you to inform you they are coming 1 hour before, and if we don’t get a confirmation, we won’t deliver

Support & Warranty

1. Order Processing: Once you place your order and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order immediately. This typically involves scheduling delivery and preparing any necessary paperwork.
2. Dispatch Timeline: Most in-stock Motors are dispatched from our yard within 3-5 days.
3. Tracking Information: Once your motor is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Transit Times: For most metro areas, you can expect to receive your vehicle within 5-7 days from the dispatch date. Deliveries to remote locations may take slightly longer.
5. Standard Delivery Cost: Shipping is currently free at the moment. This price includes transportation of your motor from our yard to your specified delivery location.
6. At least 3 year warranty on all motors

Taxes and Custom Duties

1. We provide (door to door) service to the USA, Canada, Schengen Countries like Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, France, Spain, UAE, South Africa and some other
   countries.
2. We handle customs and Door to Door Operation in buyer’s country so buyer don’t need to pay any import
   duties or customs charges in DDP service.

Packing and Shipping

1. All Utility Vehicles come in enclosed truck load.
2. We put “FRAGILE” stickers on all side of vehicle so it cannot be broken easily in transportation.
3. TRACKING AN ORDER
   Your order will have a tracking number once it has been shipped, allowing you to follow it until it is delivered to you.(Tracking Page)

Returns

1. We offer a 30-days return and refund policy that is cost free.
2. To initiate a return, please contact us at swingbuggys@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.
3. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Please ensure the package is securely covered to prevent damage during transit.
